At Shemz Perfumes, we meticulously handcraft and package every bottle to ensure your Extrait de Parfum arrives in pristine condition.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification via WhatsApp/Email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our current standard rates are:

• Kerala: Free Shipping on all orders.
• Rest of India: A flat shipping rate of ₹50 applies.

Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within India.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Damages

Shemz Perfumes is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to assist with any claims.
