Refund & Return Policy
Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, Shemz Perfumes has a strict return and refund policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal taste or dislike of a fragrance. Scent is highly subjective, and we encourage reading the scent notes carefully before purchasing.
Returns are only accepted if:
- You received the wrong item.
- The item arrived physically damaged or leaked completely (an unboxing video is strictly required to process this claim).
To be eligible for a return in these specific cases, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days.
